This walkthrough is for the ‘updated’ version of Office Party that was released in mid-August 2011. According to Chaotic “[t]here are no changes to the plot apart from a few bug corrections and and { sic ? } new gif animations for the 2 endings”
Unfortunately, although a couple of bugs may have been fixed, a lot still remain. This walkthrough assume that the following bugs have been fixed.
Structurally, there are two parallel plot threads, and you have to decide which one you want to follow at the very beginning of the game. Attempting to jump threads later will result in your spending the night alone.
